We call on the UN Committee to include specific questions about the right to protection and assistance to the family, recognised in Article 10 ICESCR, a right that researchers, campaigners, academics & the Committee itself often pay little attention to. https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/international-covenant-economic-social-and-cultural-rights
