To mark the United Nations International Day to End Poverty, ATD Fourth World and On Road Media hosted a poetry jam on Thursday, 14 October. This in-person event which took place in a community centre in Hackney Wick was made possible thanks to the support from the London Challenge Poverty Week.  To read about other events for this day, please click here.

Below are videos of the original poems written by Ruth Knibbs, Patricia Bailey, Alison Barnfather, and Zina Lemmers, as well as a compilation video about the whole event.

Thanks to Megan Easton for filming and editing these videos.
