We understand that the recent riots and their aftermath have caused fear, uncertainty, and distress for those currently residing in initial accommodation hotels and those who have recently arrived in the UK. We want to assure you that we stand with you in solidarity and offer our support during this challenging time.

The actions of a few do not define the welcoming and compassionate spirit of the majority. Our nation is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their unique experiences and contributions to the fabric of our society.

We note that many of the riots have occurred in areas of deprivation and urge the government to address the issues of inequality that have shattered our nation in recent decades.

We believe in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all, where everyone is valued and respected.
